Indianapolis Aikikaiis offering training
in the Art of Peace
This is a 6-week course for adults that will cover the essential tenets of this martial art dedicated to harmony.
Classes will begin on the week of January 9, 2006.
Mondays 7 - 8 PM, or Saturdays 8 - 9 AM
You are invited to come to at least one class per week but you are encouraged to attend both classes. Your progress will be greater if you attend all classes.

The Indianapolis Aikikai is a member dojo of the Aikido Schools of Ueshiba under the direction of Mitsugi Saotome Sensei. After you complete the beginning course you will be able to:
- Know the philosophy and benefits of Aikido training
- Be comfortable with training protocol
- Demonstrate basic body movement, eg. sitting, moving, turning, rolling
- Perform basic technique
